Being Taught From My Gambling Failures

1st to explain why I write this article. I have been gambling on the web or at land based betting houses for many years. I have discovered, the addiction can take a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up until you are broke. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through countless thousands of dollars in only a tiny period of time and still on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It seems you’re just having a blast until you start to pay attention to your squanderings and the anguish settles in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can earn it back" repeatedly. It never works. Then you become sick in your stomach and the more you attempt the quicker you lose.

When you notice that you’re ahead, remain on the UP! When you start to lose, don’t say to yourself, "well just maybe one more" and over and over again, believe me, this method hardly ever functions. Say you are playing on slots, have an amount put aside before beginning your action. Don’t go over that boundary, no matter how captivating. If you actually succeed, put that in a separate pot. Don’t use your profits no matter what. As soon as you’ve gone through your original set limit, bail out. Head out, whether it is on the web or at a physical betting house, do not stick around. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, a different time.

Remember, gambling should be exciting not exhausting, sickening work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan not afford the loss, do not even start.
